Group exhibition of contemporary photographers who have used vintage cameras of well-known colleagues to make new work. Museum Hilversum from October 22 – December 11, 2016.
Curators: Rose Ieneke van Kalsbeek and Koos Breukel.
I photographed with the Linhof Kardan Color 9×12 camera that my father, Marcel van der Vlugt Senior, used in the ’50s and early ’60s. With the last stock of 4×5″ Polaroid material, I made a collage of new still lifes.
Two vintage photos by Marcel van der Vlugt Senior made during the Druivenfeest festivals in Naaldwijk will be shown together with the original Linhof camera.
